Queens NY Hospital Medical Center: Join Our Critical Care Team in ICU & CCU!

Positions Available:

  • 2 ICU RNs:
    • Manage critically ill patients with complex medical conditions, monitoring vital signs and administering complex treatments.
    • Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    • Provide emotional support to patients and families during challenging times.
  • 2 CCU RNs:
    • Provide specialized care to patients with cardiac emergencies and conditions, utilizing advanced monitoring equipment and therapies.
    • Collaborate with cardiologists and other specialists to manage patients' heart health and prevent complications.
    • Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and families navigating heart disease.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Foreign RNs welcome! We will provide comprehensive training and support to help you obtain your NYS RN license.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of critical care principles and procedures.
  • Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care, with the ability to manage stress and maintain composure in critical situations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients simultaneously.
