Queens NY Hospital Medical Center Seeks 4 Critical Care Warriors for ICU and CCU!
Positions Available
- 2 ICU RNs:
- Manage critically ill patients with complex medical conditions, utilizing advanced monitoring equipment and critical care interventions.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain meticulous patient records and communicate effectively with families in high-pressure situations.
- 2 CCU RNs:
- Provide specialized care to patients with cardiac emergencies and conditions, including myocardial infarctions, arrhythmias, and heart failure.
- Perform comprehensive cardiac assessments, administer critical medications, and operate advanced cardiac monitoring equipment.
- Respond swiftly to emergencies and work seamlessly with cardiologists to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Foreign RNs welcome! We offer comprehensive training and support to help you obtain your NYS RN license.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of critical care principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking abilities.
- Unwavering commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
